About: Bethan Dorn is an adherent of the goddess Grishsas (the goddess of love and purity). Bethan is a consecrated virgin in the purity cult. She is troubled by semi-prophetic dreams and worries her religious visions will come true. She is also plagued by dreams of sexual encounters, but these she believe to be driven by either demonic forces or the manifestation of Vakmara (the goddess of temptation and corruption).
Along with Samar Hest and Tomas Bence, Bethan makes up a trio of characters that set out on a quest together.
Description: The young woman wore a full length peasant’s dress of wrinkled woven fabric. It went from her throat to her ankles as one long garment that had ties at the back. The dress allowed for no glimpse of cleavage and was full-sleeved. Other than some minor embroidered embellishments of stitched flowers the dress allowed only for modesty. Not even a flash of ankle or wrist was possible in this dress. Her hair was pulled back and tied in a tight bun, but haphazardly so, as if done in the dark or quickly. This young woman would have been quite pretty if her appearance wasn’t so haggard and disheveled. She had a smooth round face and glassy blue eyes with dark crescents under them.
